Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of romanotrucking.com (the "Site") and any freight transportation services provided by Romano Trucking LLC ("Romano Trucking," "we," "our," "us"). By using the Site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Romano Trucking LLC is a Texas-based motor carrier operating under USDOT# 3934917 and MC# 1485086, with headquarters at 3465 W Walnut St Ste 109, Garland, TX 75042.

2. Freight Transportation Services

All freight movements are subject to (a) written rate confirmations or transportation agreements issued by Romano Trucking, (b) applicable bill of lading terms, and (c) federal and state transportation regulations. In the event of any conflict, the executed transportation agreement or rate confirmation will control.

3. Cargo Liability

Cargo liability is governed by the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706), applicable law, and written shipping terms. Specialized commodities, high-value cargo, and hazardous materials require advance disclosure and written acceptance before pickup.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due net thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Any disputed charges must be submitted in writing within ten (10) business days of invoice receipt.

5. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, access it by unauthorized means, or interfere with its operation. The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and trade names, is owned by Romano Trucking LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Romano Trucking is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, except as otherwise required by applicable transportation law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless federal law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
